Grandfather Leaves His Farm to Three Grandchildren, but with One Strict Condition

Rosa stopped in front of him, slightly out of breath. “We’ve been thinking. Ryan’s been talking about the goats, the farm, everything. And honestly… I don’t know if I can walk away from this place. From everything it means.”

Ted stared at her, unsure if he was hearing correctly. “You mean…?”

Jim stepped out of the car, looking reluctant but resolute. “She’s right. I can’t believe I’m saying this, but the farm… it’s more than just land. It’s us. It’s who we are.”

For the first time in days, hope flickered in Ted’s eyes. “Does this mean you’ll stay?”

Rosa smiled softly. “We’ll try. I don’t know how it’s going to work, but we’ll figure it out.”

Jim nodded, crossing his arms. “If Grandad believed we could do it, maybe we owe it to him to try.”

Ted’s voice broke with emotion. “Thank you. Both of you.”

Rosa took his hand, and Jim clapped him on the shoulder. Together, they turned toward the house, their childhood home, ready to face the challenges ahead—together.
