They Called Us Misfits—Until We Showed Up With 300 Pounds Of Pet Food

People usually avoid us—leather, ink, loud bikes. But one Saturday, 14 of us rode into Five & Faithe Animal Outreach, saddlebags packed with food.

My sister Faith runs that shelter. She never asked for help, but when we showed up, she broke down—she was months behind on rent, about to be shut down.

So we organized a charity ride. Fifty bikes, raffles, donations. By sunset, we’d raised over $13K—enough to save the place.

From then on, we kept showing up. Fixing kennels, feeding dogs, mentoring kids. The “misfits” became a pack with purpose.

Turns out, sometimes the toughest-looking people are just waiting for the right fight to prove who they really are.
