A Blind Elderly Woman Asked Me to Walk Her Home

Six months after my father’s death, I met Kira, a blind widow, at the cemetery. Her sons had abandoned her, so I walked her home. She invited me in for tea, hinting at distrust in her sons, Ethan and Mark. The next day, they accused me of robbing her, but police cameras revealed they were the thieves. Arrested for theft and false reporting, they left Kira heartbroken but resolute. Over time, we grew close—two strangers finding solace in shared loss. Sometimes, unexpected bonds become family.
