Woman Finds Expensive Sunglasses at Home — Husband and Son Lie to Her about the Owner

After 12 years of marriage, my husband, Josh, began constantly comparing me to his female coworkers—especially Sophie.

One afternoon, I found expensive designer sunglasses hidden in our kitchen. Josh claimed they belonged to our son Adam’s friend, and Adam nervously confirmed his story.

Suspicious, I contacted the girl’s mother. She said the sunglasses weren’t theirs.

Then my younger son, Aaron, saw them and casually said, “Aren’t those Sophie’s sunglasses?”

Josh finally admitted Sophie had been visiting our home every Tuesday while I was at work. He had even manipulated our children into hiding the affair.

Aaron tearfully confessed that Josh warned him the family would break apart if he told me the truth.

Josh begged for forgiveness and called the affair a mistake, but I couldn’t forget how he used our sons to protect his lies.

Those sunglasses didn’t destroy our marriage—they simply exposed the betrayal that was already there.
