A reported shooting at Corewell Health Beaumont Troy Hospital in Troy led to a lockdown and major police response Thursday morning after gunfire was reported near the hospital parking garage.
Authorities confirmed both the suspect and victim were hospital employees. The injured 25-year-old staff member was treated and is expected to recover, while police took the suspect into custody without further incident.
