Comedian Paul Rodriguez was arrested in Burbank after a traffic stop led to a drug possession investigation.
Police say he was cited and released on misdemeanor charges after alleged narcotics were found in the vehicle. Rodriguez denies the drugs were his, claiming they belonged to a friend and alleging misconduct during the stop.
The case is now under review by the city attorney.
