The son of a financier rushes into his father’s office.
“Dad, can you lend me $5,000?”
“What for?” his father asks.
“I’ve got a sure tip on the market.”
“How much could we make?”
“At least $2,000—$1,000 each.”
The father nods and hands him $1,000.
“Deal accepted. You’ve made your $1,000,” he says, “and I’ve just saved $4,000.” 😄
