Whispering firmly to the dying man, the priest said,
“Denounce the devil. Tell him how little you think of his evil.”
The dying man said nothing.
The priest repeated the command. Still, silence.
Finally, the priest asked, “Why won’t you denounce the devil?”
The dying man replied,
“Until I know where I’m heading, I don’t think I should aggravate anyone.”
