Arthur was a village boy everyone thought was stupid—especially his teacher, who constantly yelled, “You’re driving me crazy, Arthur!”
After the teacher told his mother he was hopeless, she withdrew him from school and moved away.
Twenty-five years later, that same teacher needed life-saving heart surgery. The operation went perfectly, and when she awoke, a kind doctor smiled down at her. But moments later, she turned blue and died.
The doctor was horrified—until he turned and saw Arthur, now a janitor, unplugging her oxygen machine to plug in his vacuum!
(And no, Arthur didn’t become the doctor!)
