OKE OF THE DAY: A rich married man was involved with an Italian woman.
One night, she revealed to him that she was expecting a baby. Desiring to protect his marriage and reputation, the man proposed a substantial amount of money for her to relocate to Italy and secretly give birth.
He further committed to offering child support until the child reached 18, provided she remained there to bring up the child. The woman consented but inquired how he would be aware when the baby arrived. To maintain discretion, he instructed her to send a postcard featuring the word *“Spaghetti”* on the reverse side. After obtaining it, he would set up the child support.
Months later, the man came back to find his wife confused. She gave him a postcard from Italy and remarked, “This is somewhat unusual.”
Attempting to act nonchalant, he replied, “Oh, just hand it over to me.” “I’ll clarify later.” However, upon reading the card, his complexion went white, and he collapsed.
