A shy man in the hospital had a test that messed up his digestion. After ignoring several false alarms to use the bathroom, he had an accident in bed. Panicking, he grabbed the soiled sheets and tossed them out the window to hide the evidence.
Unfortunately, the sheets landed on a drunken man walking by. Confused and horrified, the drunk flailed around trying to escape the mess. Once free, he stared at the pile on the ground.
A security guard, barely holding back laughter, asked, “What happened here?”
The drunk, dead serious, replied, “I think I just beat the sh!t out of a ghost.”
