My MIL Found Out Her Son Was Cheating On Me — So She Hatched a Plan to Teach Him a Lesson He’d Never Forget

I stared at my MIL Helen’s urgent text: “Meet me. Urgent. Don’t tell David.”
Ten years of marriage, and she’d never reached out like this. I texted back: “Where and when?”
She replied: “Coffee shop on 5th. 30 minutes.”
When I arrived, she said, “David is cheating on you.” I wasn’t shocked — I’d seen the signs.
Helen explained she’d caught him with another woman, and then she said, “I raised him better than this. I’m not letting him get away with it.”
That night, David told me his mom’s pipes burst, and she needed to stay with us. Helen arrived, and the plan began. The next day, she served him his least favorite dishes — each meal worse than the last. He grew paranoid, checking his phone constantly.
Helen then planted an AirTag in his bag, and we tracked him to a restaurant with the woman. We watched as his phone blared Jasper’s voice, “I’M A CHEATER!” in the restaurant.
Days later, at a family dinner, Helen stood up and publicly shamed him for cheating. Then, I dropped divorce papers in front of him.
Helen smiled, “I updated my will. Teresa and my grandkids get my house. You, David? Not a cent.”
That night, we clinked glasses, toasting to new beginnings.
