Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson recently shared the heartbreaking news of his French bulldog Hobbs’ death on Instagram. The actor, producer, and former wrestler honored his beloved pet with photos showcasing their special bond. Johnson expressed his deep sadness, saying Hobbs passed peacefully and without suffering.
Hobbs, who had been part of Johnson’s life for nearly a decade, also appeared in Fast & Furious and joined Johnson for a GQ magazine cover shoot. Johnson adopted Hobbs and his brother Brutus in 2015, but tragically, Brutus died after ingesting a toxic mushroom. Johnson warned pet owners of the dangers mushrooms pose to animals.
With Hobbs’ passing, Johnson finds comfort in believing Hobbs and Brutus are reunited in “doggie heaven.” Through his emotional posts, Johnson expressed the deep love and bond he shared with his pets.
