My 11-Year-Old Daughter Built a Free Library for Our Neighborhood – What We Found Inside the Next Morning Made Me Go Pale

My 11-year-old daughter Carly spent two weekends building a little free library outside our home. Neighbors loved it and quickly filled its shelves with donated books.

But the next morning, Carly discovered an anonymous warning inside: “REMOVE THIS. YOU WERE WARNED.” Later, someone left highlighted neighborhood rules beneath the library, even though it stood on our property and blocked nothing.
