For months, my brother-in-law Gary dumped grass, leaves, and hedge clippings over our fence into my garden. I asked him three times to stop, but he always ignored me.
One day, while removing rotting grass from my back door, I found a plant tag for a yellow rose Gary didn’t own. After searching online, I discovered he operated a weekend landscaping business and charged customers extra to haul away their waste.
Instead of paying disposal fees, he secretly dumped their garden waste into my yard.
