Buddy, a dog from Mississippi, survived a severe abuse case in 2021 that left him with life-threatening burns and multiple injuries.
He was rescued by the Tunica Humane Society and treated at Mississippi State University, where he underwent surgeries, skin grafts, and long-term rehabilitation.
Despite the severity of his condition, Buddy gradually recovered and has become a symbol of resilience and animal survival.
