How to stay calm when you find unwanted “guests” in your child’s hair.

 

 

Tick bites are often painless, but some ticks can spread serious diseases. Watch for fever, fatigue, headaches, muscle aches, joint pain, swollen lymph nodes, or a spreading rash after a bite.

Remove ticks quickly with tweezers, clean the area, and monitor symptoms. Seek medical care if symptoms worsen or unusual reactions develop.
