Every night, she would lie in bed after a long day, finally finding a few moments of peace. It was the only time she truly felt safe to let her thoughts out.
But over time, the pressure of responsibilities, expectations, and always being “strong” began to weigh her down.
One night, instead of overthinking, she simply paused—and realized something powerful: she was exhausted, and it was okay to admit it.
