Ibuprofen, naproxen, and even low-dose aspirin may seem harmless—but long-term use can cause stomach ulcers, internal bleeding, and serious health risks.

Dr. Mark Porter warns that NSAIDs cause a third of all adverse drug admissions in the NHS, especially affecting people over 65, with heart or kidney issues, or on blood thinners.
