How Diet Affects Intimate Odor in Women

Intimate odor is common and often misunderstood. While hygiene and infections are usually blamed, diet plays a key role in vaginal odor by affecting pH balance and healthy bacteria.

Foods like garlic, onions, spicy dishes, sugar, alcohol, and processed foods may temporarily increase odor. In contrast, water, probiotic-rich foods, fruits, vegetables, and unsweetened cranberries support healthy vaginal balance and a milder natural scent.
