World The Snowman on the Property Line

My eight-year-old son spent the winter building snowmen on our lawn, only to watch them get crushed again and again by a neighbor who kept cutting across our yard with his car. After being ignored multiple times, my son came up with his own quiet solution.
One afternoon, the neighbor drove over a snowman hiding a rock in its base and blew out his tire. Instead of yelling, my son calmly explained that the yard was ours and his snowmen mattered.
The neighbor finally understood, marked the property line, and apologized with a carrot for the next snowman. From that day on, the snowmen stayed standing.
Sometimes the strongest lessons about boundaries and respect come from the smallest voices.
