1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 small onion, finely chopped (optional)

Noodles

12 oz egg noodles

2 tbsp butter

Optional: splash of heavy cream
Instructions

Season & Add to Slow Cooker
Season the chuck roast with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Place it directly into the slow cooker—no searing required. -
Build the Flavor
Add onion, garlic, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and gravy mix. Stir lightly around the edges. -
Slow Cook

Low: 8–9 hours

High: 4–5 hours
Cook until the beef shreds easily with a fork.

Shred the Beef
Remove the roast, shred it, discard excess fat, then return the beef to the gravy and stir well. -
Add the Noodles
Cook egg noodles until just tender, drain, then stir into the slow cooker with butter. Add a splash of cream if desired. Let sit on warm for 10–15 minutes.
