It\u2019s the connection where I get all my inspiration from,\u201d Jonna told the Swedish site\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.expressen.se\/omtalat\/har-driver-jonna-28-med-den-svenska-varen\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Expressen.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>The creative 29-year-old produces a variety of videos about life in the north of Sweden \u2014 and has earned millions of views on her inspiring and occasionally funny clips. It talks about the Swedish cold during fall and winter. In the video, Jonna says that last year she spent most of the time ill due to the cold, but is sure that this winter will be different.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"h-step-into-the-ice-cold-water\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step into the ice-cold water<\/h2>\n<p>To challenge yourself \u2014 one needs to face the Swedish weather. It\u2019s quiet, nice and calm \u2014 but when Jonna turns around, it looks like she\u2019s struggling to breathe with the cold water up to her neck.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI feel a thousand times more alive when walking into ice cold water, and I can feel the blood rushing through my body, doing everything it can to keep me alive.
