A dog notices a \u201cNow hiring\u201d sign outside a computer shop that says:<\/p>\n

\u201cMust be able to type, program, and be bilingual. We are an equal opportunity employer.\u201d<\/p>\n

The dog grabs the poster and walks inside.<\/p>\n

The manager, amused, sets up a computer and tells the dog, \u201cIf you want the job, write a letter first,\u201d then leaves.<\/p>\n

Half an hour later, the dog returns with a perfectly typed letter.<\/p>\n

Impressed, the manager wonders if the dog can program.<\/p>\n

Twenty minutes pass, and the dog has built a flawless website for the store.<\/p>\n

Stunned, the manager says, \u201cYou\u2019ve got the skills, but… you\u2019re still a dog.\u201d<\/p>\n

The dog points to the \u201cequal opportunity employer\u201d line on the poster.<\/p>\n

The manager sighs, \u201cOkay, but you can\u2019t possibly be bilingual.\u201d<\/p>\n
