But everything changed when I discovered he was cheating on me. We divorced, and though my father didn\u2019t fire him right away\u2014since he was competent\u2014he made it clear the company would no longer be his to inherit. Instead, my ex was demoted to a managerial role with a much smaller paycheck. Eventually, another disagreement led to him being fired altogether. His mistress left him too. Now, out of nowhere, he wants to get back together. Not happening.<\/p>\n
