When I asked his parents to stop him, they rolled their eyes and acted as though I was the problem.<\/p>\n<p>My husband usually avoids complaints, so I was surprised when he got up and left the theater. Minutes later, he returned with the manager. As the parents argued, their son spoke up: his father had told him to keep bothering me because I\u2019d complained. The manager asked the family to leave.<\/p>\n<p>We\u2019d missed so much of the movie that we couldn\u2019t follow the plot, so the manager moved us to a later showing. While we waited, my husband helped pick the remaining popcorn from my curls.
