The man opened his letter, saying, \u201cMy\u00a0wife Rosa and\u00a0I have been happily married for 15\u00a0years now. We\u2019ve been through many life situations together, and we\u2019ve always found the way out together. We\u2019ve been more than spouses all this time, we\u2019ve been kindred spirits and our\u00a0marriage<\/a>\u00a0has been based upon trust and mutual understanding. We\u00a0never lied to\u00a0each other and never cheated. But recently, things took an\u00a0opposite turn and our family is\u00a0now falling apart with a\u00a0speed of\u00a0light.\u201d<\/p>\n

Sean explained, \u201cI\u00a0know\u00a0I did something really awful and disgusting, I\u00a0cheated on\u00a0my\u00a0wife with a\u00a0client of\u00a0mine. I\u00a0don\u2019t really know why\u00a0I did all this, my\u00a0body felt like it\u00a0was on\u00a0autopilot, and after a\u00a0short time\u00a0I couldn\u2019t take the guilt anymore. I\u00a0immediately cut off my\u00a0affair partner. I\u00a0ended my\u00a0relationship<\/a>\u00a0with her as\u00a0a\u00a0client, too, and passed her contract to\u00a0a\u00a0coworker. I\u00a0have had no\u00a0contact with her ever since. I\u00a0also confessed about this to\u00a0my\u00a0wife, and I\u2019ve been doing individual therapy since then, too.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Sean confessed, \u201cAt\u00a0first, my\u00a0wife got really upset and depressed, she was absolutely angry. I\u00a0was seriously worried about her mental state. I\u00a0did expect some big drama, but I\u2019ve never seen her so\u00a0depressed before. I\u00a0begged her not to\u00a0divorce\u00a0me.<\/p>\n

I\u00a0proposed some counseling, therapy, and even allowing her to\u00a0have relationships with other men, but she wasn\u2019t interested. She just asked me\u00a0to\u00a0leave her alone and give her more time to\u00a0cope with the pain on\u00a0her own. She insisted that\u00a0I must move out and wait until she calls me\u00a0with her suggestions about our future life together.\u201d<\/p>\n

The man didn\u2019t object against his wife\u2019s will. Sean wrote, \u201cI\u00a0picked my\u00a0things and left to\u00a0live at\u00a0my\u00a0parents\u2019. I\u00a0called her every day, and she sounded broken and frustrated, I\u00a0could hear it\u00a0in\u00a0her voice that she was totally hurt, and\u00a0I could understand this. She refused any help from me\u00a0and only kept telling me\u00a0that she needed more space, which\u00a0I allowed her to\u00a0have.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Sean wrote, \u201c3\u00a0weeks after\u00a0I confessed to\u00a0her about my\u00a0infidelity, my\u00a0wife suddenly started behaving in\u00a0a\u00a0very strange way. She called me\u00a0and asked me\u00a0to\u00a0take my\u00a0things and move back into our house, which\u00a0I happily did.
