Two elderly ladies were having a leisurely late lunch and a drink at their favorite pub.
Ethel glanced at Mabel and noticed something odd in her friend’s ear. “Mabel, there’s a s.u.p.p.o.s.i.t.o.r.y in your left ear!”
Startled, Mabel pulled it out and took a closer look. “A s.u.p.p.o.s.i.t.o.r.y? Seriously?”
Then it hit her, and she laughed. “Ethel, I’m so glad you spotted this! No wonder I’ve been missing my hearing aid all this time!”
