My MIL Brought Three Young Women into Our Home Because I Wasn’t Enough for Her Son, So I Got My Perfect Revenge

My MIL moved in “to help,” but the day I came home and found three young women living in my house — doing laundry, tutoring my kids, and cutting my husband’s hair — I realized she had other plans.

Life was already chaos: three kids, a mountain of chores, and a husband chasing unpaid internships while I tried to keep our family afloat. Then Linda arrived with her usual judgment and a mysterious “temporary” arrangement.

Turns out, she’d invited three of her former students to stay with us. They were young, helpful, and way too comfortable around Ross. Linda acted like she’d done me a favor.

So the next morning, I brought in three men — a landscaper, a plumber, and a handyman. “Helpers,” just like her girls.

The house instantly became a soap opera. Ross was jealous, the girls were confused, and Linda was furious.

Then I revealed what I’d found on Linda’s laptop: a chart titled “Potential Matches for Ross.” She’d literally ranked the girls as backups for my husband.

Ross finally snapped, kicked everyone out — including his mother — and apologized for not seeing how overwhelmed I’d been.

For the first time in a long while, the house felt peaceful.

And I got my life back.
