Supreme Court Delivers Earth-Shaking 7-2 Decision… I Can’t Believe It

 

The U.S. Supreme Court ruled 7-2 in Bufkin v. Collins that courts cannot freely re-evaluate the VA’s use of the benefit-of-the-doubt rule in disability claims. The decision gives the VA greater authority over factual findings, making it harder for veterans to overturn denied benefits on appeal.
